Abstract
- In this article the authors used paper chromatography to analyze the amino acid content of enamel protein. Ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) was used to prepare the enamel protein for analysis. The results of the tests were that the amino acids accounted for 99.21 percent of the total nitrogen of enamel.
