Abstract
- Reports that LRP6, a member of the low-density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR)-related protein (LRP) family, functions as a co-receptor for Wnt signal transduction. Role of the Wnt family of secreted signalling molecules in embryo development and tumour formation; Function of LRP6 in Xenopus embryos; Abnormalities in an LRP6 mutant; Indication that LRP6 may be a component of the Wnt receptor complex.
