Ecosystems changes and implications on livelihoods of rural communities in Africa.

Information about the topics discussed at the international conference on "Ecosystems Changes and Implications on Livelihoods of Rural Communities in Africa" is presented. The conference addressed three themes, the landscape dynamics, ecosystems dynamics and implications on livelihoods, and socio-political aspects of ecosystems management. The conference was sponsored by the University of Dar es Salaam, the National Environment Management Council (NEMC), and the wildlife Division (Tanzania).
