Abstract
- The author profiles his life living on the island of Oahu, in a town called Waipahu, Hawaii. His name is Brandon-James Bumanglag Sales, a 14-year-old Filipino who was born and raised in Hawaii. He states that the best thing about Hawaii is that the people are culturally diverse, and are not separated by race or by color. Moreover, the people treat each other the same and greet each other with "aloha."
