Ausência de desgaste agudo da musculatura esquelética e cardíaca em atletas amadores de triathlon.

The article presents a study which examines the effect of acute changes in creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase muscle-brain function (CK-MB) that are caused by skeletal and cardiac muscles damage. It states that amateur athletes are employed for the study and an enzymatic method was used to analyze the changes. It concludes that intense prolonged exercise in CK is considered normal for the athletes.
