Abstract
- The article reports that the Board of Directors of the African Development Bank has approved a loan for Ghana's third Poverty Reduction Budget Support program. The fund will be used to support the government's objectives of growth, development, income generation, good governance and civic responsibility as contained in the 2005-2009 Country Strategy Paper linked to the government's Growth and Poverty Reduction Strategy.
