A study by Birkbeck College, University of London in England revealed the positive impact of Sure Start children's centre on the behavior of children and in parenting skills of parents. Five major charities including Kids Company, Speaking Up, Fairbridge, UK Youth and Leap have received over 27 million pound for funding given by the British government.
