UREDBA RIM II: UJEDNAČENA PRAVILA O PRAVU MJERODAVNOM ZA IZVANUGOVORNE OBVEZE U EUROPSKOJ UNIJI.

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the essential features of the Rome II Regulation adopted in the European Union (EU) in July 2007. The Rome II Regulation is a combination of all the provisions in non-contractual obligations which protect the interest of weaker parties and third parties of the Member States, under non-contractual agreements. Moreover, some of its rules purposely reflect on the provisions of the community legal system.
