Abstract
- The article presents information about 2008 U.S. presidential candidates John McCain and Barack Obama and their domestic and foreign policies. McCain's plans to cut corporate tax rates by 10% are contrasted with Obama's call to boost taxes for multinationals with foreign outsourcing. The candidates' views concerning troop placement in Afghanistan and Iraq are contrasted, and both candidates are noted as supporting greenhouse-gas emissions cuts.
