Abstract
- The article reports that a marketing survey conducted for the financial services industry firm Charles Schwab & Co. indicated that maintaining a mix of traditional and digital marketing spending was still the most effective means of marketing management. The survey found that while many customers made their first contact with the firm via the Internet, television and print advertising had convinced them to do so.
