Abstract
- The article discusses the birth of the European community and the factors that contribute to the unification of European nation-states including migration, postnationality, and the western race. It tells that the European Union appears foremost as a vanguard and the first supranational system perceived to magnify the virtues and minimize the vicious problems of its nation-states. It assesses Europe's positions both geographically and historically which emphasize the sense of transnational European identity based on common values, rooted in a common tradition, distinct continent from the rest of the world but connects nations with vast and diverse culture.
