Contribution of Kobe University to the Regional Centre of Expertise (RCE) on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) Hyogo-Kobe.

The article presents a case study which explores the role of Kobe University in the establishment of Regional Centre of Expertise (RCE) on education for sustainable development (ESD) Hyogo-Kobe in Japan. It discusses the role of the Graduate School of Humanities and Graduate School of Human Development and Environment departments of Kobe in RCE Hyogo-Kobe's establishment. It reveals the significance of interdisciplinary collaboration in the creation of an innovative higher education programme.
