Report of the Executive Secretary and Treasurer.

The article presents the report of the Executive Secretary and Treasurer of the American Finance Association. Blackwell Publishers continues to do a good job with the Association's printing and publishing needs. All back issues of the "Journal of Finance" up through Volume 52 of 1997 are now available online. The Association's finances are in good shape, even though membership has experienced a small decline from 1997 to 1999. The Annual Meeting for 2000 will be held in Boston, Massachusetts on January 7-9, 2000.
