Abstract
- Chapter 23 of the book "Hereward, The Last of the English" is presented. This chpater tells of the events where Hereward gathered some men to be his army against the conqueror of England. It highlights the story of Hereward, son of Lady Godiva and Earl Leofric of Mercia and Chestnut, who was outlawed due to his rebellion against Edward the Confessor.
