Abstract

Chapter 26 of the book "A Damsel in Distress," by Pelham Grenville Wodehouse is presented. It narrates the conversation of Lady Patricia Maud Marsh and Geoffrey Raymond at the Ye Cosy Nooke, a tea shop in London, England. It highlights the interruption of a man during their conversation, wherein it revealed that Geoffrey's real name is Spenser Gray and presented a document for breach of promise of marriage charged by Yvonne Sinclair of the Regal Theatre.
