Abstract
- Chapter XXVII of the book "Napoleon in Germany: Louisa of Prussia and Her times" is presented. It explores the scenario at the session of the congress of Rastadt. It cites that the German ambassadors had been arguing with France about the ancient boundaries of the empire, and had been arguing among themselves about a few strips of land. Moreover, it says that the covetousness caused the German sovereigns to neglect all other objectives and to perform opposite to all correct principles.
