Abstract
- Chapter VI of the book "Autobiography of Anthony Trollope" is presented. It discusses the author's first attempt at writing for a magazine from which his system of writing was adopted when he was engaged on the novel "Barchester Towers." His study on the two volumes of Charles Menvale's "History of the Romans under the Empire" is mentioned. It also discusses his inquiry about the character of Julius Caesar whether he crossed the Rubicon river as a tyrant or as a patriot.
