Abstract
- The article reports on the sales of the compilation of Chez Mondrian photographs. Chez G. Ray Hawkins recently scored a remarkable success at his Los Angeles gallery through selling a vintage cartepostale version of Kertesz's "Chez Mondrian" for $250,000 the highest price ever paid for the photograph. The buyer of the Kertesz image was described by Hawkins as an American living in California.
