Abstract
- The article reports on the approved farm bill that contains a provision banning illegal logging in the U.S. Some details of the farm bill include a redefinition of plants and plant products, and reporting requirements that the Department of Agriculture will impose on December 15, 2008 under the bill's Lacey Act.
