Abstract
- This study compares leadership capabilities across samples of Chinese, Indian, and Western CEOs and senior executives. Qualitative and quantitative data from a total of 91 CEOs offer rich detail to better understand leadership characteristics and behavior in different business contexts in an increasingly globalized world.
