Abstract

The article reports on synergy in corporations through supply chain collaboration. Success in business comes through many factors including input collaboration from partners in a supply chain and inter-organizational relationships. Supply chain collaboration includes linking activities such as investments and decision making across organizational boundaries. However, success in such collaboration depends upon each party focusing on the interests of the whole rather than self-interests as well as compatibility.
