Microgovernance: The Changing Roles of the Board and Management.

The article looks at the trend toward microgovernance in health care organizations in the U.S. Among the factors to consider by boards and executives in examining the changing balance between governance and management in their organizations are new Internal Revenue Service (IRS) reporting requirements and board education and trustee certification.
