Abstract
- The article focuses on the comparison of 3-dimensional obliquity and anisometric characteristics of anterior cruciate ligament graft positions using surgical navigation, which allows continuous intraoperative monitoring of ACL graft anisometry. It was presumed that ACL Grafts positioned in an anteromedial and posterolateral bundle will have distinct anistometric profiles and 3-dimensional obliquities. Using the surgical navigation system from a controlled laboratory study, five cadeveric knees were examined that relevantly provides anisometry and 3-dimensional obliquity data for several graft positions.
