Abstract

The article discusses the development of the design of method of a constructivist architect. Constructivism has been presented as a philosophy predominantly concerned with the function of architecture as a social catalyst, with what Soviet terminology calls literally social construction. The fullest exposition of the Constructivist architects' working method was published in late 1927 as a paper by Moisei Ginzburg in their journal "Contemporary Architecture."
