Abstract

ISO 13407 is a widely used and referred model of user-centered design, UCD. In this chapter, the principles and activities of ISO 13407 are analysed. Based on the analysis, a revised UCD model "KESSU 2.2" is proposed, including refinements both in the presentation and in the contents of principles and activities. The goal is that the refined model is more consistent and illustrates the essential contents of UCD clearer. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
