Novelties of the 2002 Census in Slovenia: The use of the combined method and outsourcing of census operations.

The article discusses the methods used in the 2002 census in Slovenia. The Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia achieved this 2002 Census of Population, Households and Housing independently with important issues discussed such as the availability of financial and human sources, state budget, and restrictive government policy.
