General Secretary Of The Textile Institute Visits AATCC.

The article reports that D.B. Moore, General Secretary of the Textile Institute in Manchester, England, visited the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists Technical Center (AATCC) in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, as part of a world tour which started in November 1970. Moore began his tour with Johannesburg, South Africa, and would have visited Hong Kong, India, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the U.S. AATCC executive secretary George P. Paine and AATCC technical director William R. Martin Jr., conducted him on a tour of AATCC facilities. A photograph of Moore with Paine and Martin at the facility is also presented.
