Abstract: The article presents a study about the use analysis of quadrat data in plants. This paper focuses on the point quadrat records applied in the study of vegetation. Interest in computers for the analysis of patterns in vegetation have been rising for the past years to look for data in the absence or presence of species in quadrat. They can be recorded conveniently and associations in plant communities are observed. Methods of analysis in botanical communities are described. Four methods in analization of plant quadrat are presented and explained.
