Abstract

The article presents information on biological measurements and some right ways to record them. Recordings can be digital or analog. It is stated that analog recorders using pens will have a readability which is limited by the width of the line which is written. It is further stated that in critical experiments the focus is in being able to get at numbers. The trend is to record events digitally, so that it can be used in a computer to "reduce" the data. It discusses some of the parameters to be considered for recording a system.
