Lumper or Splitter? Administrative Organization of Biology at Larger Universities.

The article presents a study about the organization of biology in campuses in universities. Based on a research made by a committee from the University of Washington, the study aims to provide sufficient data and orientation for biologists who are engaged in the restructuring of biology in their campuses, or to those who are curious about the applicability of restructuring to their situations. It also cites the application of administrative fusion as a new solution for biology reconstitution. Data which may aid those biologists who are restructuring their biology departments are included.
