Abstract
- In this article, the author attempts to pose some questions about the North East Educational Film Project in Great Britain. The author begins by giving an overview of the origin of the educational project. He notes the involvement of public money, cooperation between schools and local authorities, large numbers of pupils and the British Film Institute in the project. In addition, the author explains the advantages of the project, including its ability to make economic sense to show films to large rather than to small numbers.
