Teachers must become curriculum creators, claims review.

The article reports that according to the Nuffield Review of 14-19 Education and Training report "Issues Paper 7," teachers should have a bigger role in how the National Curriculum in Great Britain is developed. It is stated in the report that teachers know the social and cultural background of their school and students.
