Abstract
- The article presents information on the growing numbers of business newspapers in vernacular language in India. Recently, several English business dailies including "The Economic Times," "Business Standard" launched their Hindi and Gujarati editions. Tarun Nigam, an executive director at Starcom, said that while the vernacular language newspapers have got good response from advertisers, the advertising rate difference between English and vernacular language newspapers will not diminish.
