Abstract

The article presents a study on practice features related with patient-reported accessibility, coordination, and continuity of primary health care. This study aims to identify facets of clinic organization and physician practice that prefigure accessibility, coordination, and continuity of care as experienced by patients. It was established that the way a clinic is organized permits physicians to gain both accessibility and continuity in the delivery of medical care.
