Abstract

The article reports that the British Highways Agency (HA) is carrying out work to install new lighting near the Poplar 2000 services at Lymm, in Cheshire, England. Work will commence on October 29, 2007 and involve a series of weekend closures of the link roads leading to the A50. The HA says truck drivers will still be able to access the services via clearly-signed diversion routes, which will be put in place. Work will be suspended over the Christmas holiday and is due for completion by April 2008.
