Abstract
- The article reports on the changed political and cultural situation in Italy. It cites that a deep and spreading social unrest in the country has produced a series of casualties. It stresses that the current change has made the institutions obsolete and produced ominous cracks in their structure. The article also mentions that the Church can no longer control its progressive forces. However, it states that developments are made to accelerate the rationalization of the Italian society.
