Abstract

The article presents a comparative study of FCER1A gene exon 1A polymorphisms in Japanese and Polish subjects. FCER1A stands for polymorphisms of the gene encoding α-subunit of the high affinity immunoglobulin E receptor. It was suggested that FCER1A was involved in the pathogenesis of allergic disorders.
