Abstract
- The article focuses on the life and works of Thomas Jefferson, the third President of the United States as a tactician. It is said that the speeches of Jefferson were clear, logical, forceful and convincing. Moreover, his State papers and his addresses and writing reveal the highest order of intellect and marketed with a degree of originality. A summary of Jefferson's achievements is presented.
