Abstract
- Chapter 32 of the book "The History of the Rise, Progress and Accomplishment of the Abolition of the African Slave-Trade, by the British Parliament" is presented. It explores the return of British statesman Thomas Clarkson into the British Parliament and the death of fellow anti-slave trade campaigner William Pitt on January 1806. It also discusses the measures carried through in the Parliament for the total abolition of African slavery in Great Britain.
