Abstract
- The article discusses the declining credibility of electronic mail (email) as a business tool. It cites an article published in the "Independent" newspaper that reports on a study from Hewlett-Packard Co., which revealed that workers are constantly distracted by emails. Further, it discusses various studies which highlights the negative effects of emails on the productivity of employees.
