The article cites key findings from the 2007 Deloitte & Touche USA Ethics and Workplace Survey on various issues relevant to human resources management. Research findings indicate a strong relationship between the work/life balance and positive ethical behavior at work, as well as the key role played by factors such as the behavior of direct supervisors and managers and the positive reinforcement for ethical behavior on the promotion of ethical behavior in the workplace.
