The article describes the design of a 19th-century town house in Washington, D.C. by designer Alessandra Branca. Branca believes that her challenge was to make the interiors of the house equally pleasing. It is stated that Branca designed the wallpaper herself using colors such as yellow, coral and gray. Some designs of Branca include the use of a mossy green color in the family room, chairs from Branca's own collection and the use of blues and pinks from the floral print in the bedroom.
