Editor’s Note.

The article reports that Dr. G. Edward Gibson, Jr. is the new Specialty Editor of Project Planning and Design group and acknowledge Dr. Gunnar Lucko's considerable effort in serving as Acting Specialty Editor since February 2007 and stays as a permanent Assistant Specialty Editor. Gibson is a Professor and the Garry Neil Drummond Endowed Chair in the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering (CCEE) at the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa. Lucko is an Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering and the Director of the Construction Engineering and Management Program at The Catholic University of America (CUA). More information about the two scholars and their institutions are also discussed.
