Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 32 year old woman with erythematopapular lesions in the perianal area and intergluteal folds, after several days application of Ruscus-Llorens ointment for haemorrhoids. According to the report, the patient received oral and intramuscular prednisolone, with improvement of her lesions in 20 days. Moreover, the patient suffered 3 similar previous episodes without known cause.
