Abstract
- The article focuses on the business success story of Walt Disney Co. and what U.S. automobile makers can learn from it in terms of marketing and brand loyalty. The company has managed to become a leader in the resort and amusement business as a customer service leader. It uses its attraction engineering staff to develop properties and attractions that immerse the guest in the amusement park experience.
