Abstract

The article provides information on the wines which can be served on special occasions such as Christmas. The author inferred that Les Marconnets '03 from Domaine de la Vougeraie and Les Vergelesses '05 from Vincent Girardin are choices for Savigny-Lès-Beaune wines to be served with the main course. The author averred that a Casta Diva Cosecha Miel Spanish muscat from Bodegas Gutiérrez de la Vega can be served with foie gras.
