Abstract
- The article explains Karl Marx's concept of communism. The most celebrated description of communism is that in a communist society, where nobody has one exclusive sphere of activity, society regulates production and thus makes it possible to do one thing today and another tomorrow. The author analyzes fishing on the intertwined themes of activity, time and community in order to sketch central elements on Marx's critique of capitalism and to derive from that critique the sense of his portrait of communism.
