Third World Foundation News.

Information about several papers discussed at the seminar titled "Regional Conflicts and International Laws" organized by the Third World Foundation is presented. Presentors talked about the issue of contemporary regional conflict and focused on regional tension and conflict primarily in the context of international law. Speakers also examined the three principal areas of conflict which include the Middle East and the Gulf, Southern Africa and Central America, and the Caribbean.
