Abstract
- The article presents a critical analysis of the paper "Canada's National Policies: Reflections on 125 Years," by Lorraine Eden and Maureen Appel Molot on various versions of national policies of Canada. The author critically analyses the terms national policy and nation building used in this paper. He further comments on the focus given by Molot and Eden on the theoretical market failure in the paper. He also argues on the transition from compensatory to market liberalism.
