Abstract
- The article reports on the groundbreaking ceremony for Jersey Shore Premium Outlets in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, conducted by officials from developer Chelsea Property Group. Expected to open in the fall of 2008, the 430,000-square-foot outlet center will be located between the Garden State Parkway and the Asbury Park Press building.
